Our Waste and Recycling Systems

Education is vital for all stakeholders

QR Codes

We place a great emphasis on educating users how to identify and dispose of their waste correctly. Our colour coded communication system makes it easy for users to play a pivotal role in the correct handling of waste. Unique QR codes are placed on bins.

Bins collected

Bins are collected, the QR codes are scanned and the source or tenant is identified and recorded.

Bins weighed

Waste is tracked by floor, tenant and time, to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. The scanned bins are weighed before emptying and the data is recorded in real time.

Reports created

When you can measure it, you can change it. Our reporting is detailed, accurate and informative and available – showing a site’s waste and recycling habits by day, tenancy and general composition.

As a CAF Prequalified Contractor, Consolidated have had our systems, policies and procedures successfully assessed against the CAF 3 Star Standard: a set of labour principles that safeguards decent work for cleaners.

Licensed to provide labour hire services

Consolidated Property is registered with Victorian Labour Hire Licensing Authority to provide licensed cleaning services.

We also comply with all statutory and legal obligations under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (LHL Act).
