Once you are offered a position at BIC Consolidated, you can begin straightaway.

But first, you get a full induction to learn how we do things at BIC Consolidated. You’ll get a uniform, training, and a team to work with, all in the first week. After your professional Induction, you’ll be confident and capable of doing the job well!

Yes, you will be kitted out in a full uniform that is comfortable and practical for your job. This includes top, pants, and a jacket so you look and feel like part of the team!

No, we provide you with all the equipment, products, and training that you need to be able to do your job.

 Yes, if your visa terms allow you to work.

 We have many staff from around the world on various visas as part of the BIC Consolidated team. For further information on visas please head to www.immi.gov.au.

 We pay all cleaning staff under the Award rate via the PAYG set up, ensuring that you are paid directly to your bank account every 2 weeks. All you will need to do is supply us with a Tax File Number and your bank account details.

These days, our cleaners work in regularly cleaned environments, so much of what we do is maintenance to keep it that way. Of course, accidents happen, and you’ll need to react and be a problem solver whether it’s a spill at a shopping centre or picking up general litter as needed. Most of your tasks will be similar to what you do at home, but you’ll be better equipped, and the spaces will be bigger.

We’ve spent years eliminating heavy lifting and floor scrubbing from the job of a cleaner. You’ll find lots of technology doing the heavy lifting for you. We even have robot technology that you will grow to love!
