Mobilisation 

We are an industry leader in the mobilisation of cleaning and waste management services within newly contracts, new development environments. Our strength in setting up operations on site and establishing methodologies ensure the operations of the building are smooth and seamless during transition – and beyond.

We work hard to build our service relationships with all key stakeholders in the building and establish a warm rapport to support tenants and customers at all times. Our wealth of knowledge from working in similar profile properties, enables us to bring with us the expertise gained from many years experience to properties of similar scope, size and prestige.

Our transition plan sets out key milestones and activity required to mobilise the building smoothly and on time. Led by our department heads, the team is fully briefed and trained on all aspects of the services provided. Then the plan is presented to the customer during weekly catchup meetings to review progress and gain feedback. Generally this takes place over a 4 week timeframe.

Traditional cleaning service delivery is built around routine and repetition. Changes and improvements to the routine are usually only made in response to service complaints, so service teams end up chasing problems rather than delivering results. To address this and give our customers a more proactive, transparent and effective service solution, we developed and deployed the Interactive Customer Experience Platform (ICXP). This real-time customer-centric service delivery and service management system allows for immediate issue notification and response, creating a more efficient and practical workflow that puts the customer at the centre.
